Many HongKongers have immigrated to the UK in the past few years. As a church serving the local community, Kings Church has supported the HKers in organising activities to welcome them and help them cope with an unfamiliar life-style and culture. Some immigrants from Hong Kong have also joined Kings Church, and become part of the church family.

The church hall is also used to hold various social activities, including monthly board games, a Coffee morning and seniors group for HKers organised by Reading Hongkongers CIC, Crafting Smiles, and Book-sharing, the church has gradually become a place where Hongkongers can meet, connect and build friendships. It was in this way that Hongkongers HUB @ Kings Church came into being.

For the last four years, church members have also shared Chinese meals together during the Lunar New Year and gathered together to talk, study the Bible, and pray for each other. 過去幾年，20萬香港人移居英國，不少也選擇定居於Wokingham 及周邊區域。

作為面向社區的教會，Kings Church Wokingham 歡迎這群新的社區成員， 亦願意作出支援，讓他們更順利融入截然不同的社會及文化。

移英港人亦以教會為埸地，舉辦不同活動。包括桌游聚會，由Reading Hong Kongers CIC 舉辦的「港人茶聚」(Coffee Morning )及黃金組，以至「編織微笑」（Crafting Smiles )、「打書釘」，Kings Church 逐漸成爲這群香港移民的聚腳地。

Hongkongers HUB @ Kings Church 就如此順勢而生，再確認教會歡迎港人加入英國大家庭。最近，亦推行了每月一次的HK - UK Community Café ，以港式飲食，繫港人鄉情，也聯結不同社區人士。

過去四年，教會成員亦與港人一起在農曆新年共晉中菜飯餐，在新春歡聚交談，並彼此祝福、禱告；部份移英港人亦加入了Kings Church ，成爲教會大家庭的一份子，投入參與，加入教會的靈修生活。
