The Call of Christ

An invitation from Nigel (click to open)
The arrival of spring and this week’s fabulous sunshine demonstrates that summer and the holidays are drawing closer. I want to take the opportunity to remind you all of the chance to join some of us at this brilliant week in August.
The theme this year is “The Call of Christ” and there promises to be a full programme of activities looking at bible revelation, the imminence of Christ’s return and a call to radical holiness. As always you can dip in to as much or as little as you want.
Revive is not a huge festival, between 1 and 2 thousand people, mostly camping but there’s also loads of possibilities to stay off site and come in daily, as several did last year. If you’re camping you do need to commit to the week, but those off site can visit for as many or as few days as they are able. Those of us camping on site are able to provide simple support to those day visitors.
Ashburnham is a beautiful site, set beside lakes and woodland and lends itself very well to a relaxing break away, while enjoying time really to share life together. Prices are being held until the end of May so it makes sense to book as soon as you can.
Around 20 folk attended part or all of the week last year, so there are plenty of people to chat to about the practicalities.
Come, you will enjoy yourselves.

Revive is a great way to go deeper, both in our faith and also in our togetherness.
You can come for a week a day or any other sort of combination. King's will have a mini coral area to meet and eat togther.
